Outside Areas

There are 2 undercover exterior terraces.
The main one overlooks the sea and the swimming pool. It has been furnished with a dining table that can easily accommodate up to 10 people. During the day the terrace enjoys complete shade.

The second terrace is south facing, drawing sunlight most of the day - especially welcome during the winter months. It comes into its own at dusk, where you can view the splendour of the mountains whilst sipping on an early evening sundowner. Furnishings include casual low wicker chairs and tables, with plant-filled terracotta pots and an equipped BBQ tucked in the corner. This terrace is accessed from the dining room, and boasts terrific views of the Sierra Cabrera mountain range (and even an archaeological site of a 'Bronze Age' village!)

The terraces are quite private and not overlooked.

Location

The location of the villa is 3 km from the blue flag beaches of Mojacar Playa, and only a 10 minute drive to the picturesque hilltop village (Mojacar Pueblo).

Nestled in the mountains of the Sierra Cabrera overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the village of Mojacar really does feel like a setting for a fairy-tale - it is known as 'the corner of enchantment'. Its bright whitewashed buildings and Moorish architecture give it a timeless quality, and the pueblo has recently been voted one of Spain's prettiest villages. The combination of all these things makes it the perfect place for a Spanish holiday, offering history and culture as well as rugged adventure.
